Narrative therapy programs are a sophisticated blend of reflective writing and artistic self-care practice. Workshops begin with an embodied writing exercise, creatively examining our lives' most intimate experiences. After an introspective group discussion, participants indulge in a therapeutic adornment practice, celebrating the body and soothing the soul.
Though the body parts/writing topics do change with each new cohort, the program remains the same in essence.
